Finley House
This large, luxurious home sits on the river's edge with a 20x40 ft. floating dock for your boats. Finley House has extra large windows on all three levels overlooking the Nehalem River, where you frequently see salmon caught by fishermen, seals and eagles. Divided into three levels (Sky, Mountain, and River), the top and middle units have kitchens that are fully equipped for the gourmet chef. Rent the entire home or one of the separate units.
Sky, the top level unit, boasts a king master suite, a twin-over-double bunk room, and a double futon in the living room. Both of the bedrooms and the living room have wall-mounted flat screen televisions with cable. The kitchen’s new gas stove-top and all stainless appliances are perfect for a warm breakfast before heading out on the river.
Mountain, on the middle level, has a king master bedroom with a wall-mounted flat screen television and large picture window looking out over the Nehalem. This level has a chef’s kitchen with all the amenities that you would expect, including a 5-foot-long stainless sink and Viking stove/oven. The living room has a pullout sectional sofa, gas fireplace, big-screen television, and a wall of windows for viewing the coastal mountains and river.
River, a shared area for both of the upper units, has a foosball table, dartboard, shuffleboard, two flat-screen televisions, gas fireplace, card table, and leather club chairs to recline in.
